Special interests are in the theory and application of fast 1-D and 2-D Fourier transforms, cosine, paired and wavelet-like transforms, Hadamard transform, Hadamard matrices, fast integer transforms, novel signal-induced unitary transforms, elliptic Fourier transforms, linear and nonlinear (statistical) processing of gray-level or binary images, image enhancement, computerized tomography and PET, biomedical imaging.
