- Enrolled full-time (9 credit hours) as a degree-seeking graduate student with clear admission in the College of Engineering at UTSA.
- Must be U.S. citizen or permanent residents who have disadvantaged backgrounds.
- In academic good-standing with GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students are required to maintain at least 3.0 GPA at all terms.
