Rules & Regulations Students enrolled in the UTSA/UTHSCSA Joint Graduate Program in Biomedical Engineering are subject to all established requirements and regulations of the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at UTHSCSA and The Graduate School at UTSA. Please refer to the Program Overview section of the Student Handbook for advice on determining which regulations may apply to your particular circumstance or whom to contact in the BME Program Office for additional information. Known policy differences between the two institutions are noted in the sections below. Exceptions to established rules and issues not covered by previously determined guidelines will be decided by the Graduate Faculty Council at UTHSCSA or the Graduate Council at UTSA.
